Eligibility: Bidders must be registered firms/companies with proven experience in the relevant service area. Documentation proving eligibility must be submitted with the bid.
Tender Document: Bidders must download and thoroughly review the tender documents from https://marigold.ibgreens.in/tenders before submitting bids.
Bid Submission Method: Bids must be submitted physically in a sealed envelope to the specified address. Electronic submissions will not be accepted unless specifically mentioned in the tender document.
Submission Deadline: Bids must be submitted by the deadline, specified in tender document. Late submissions will not be considered.
Tender Opening: Bids will be opened on a specified date in the presence of bidders' representatives who choose to attend.
Bid Validity: Bids must remain valid for a period of 90 days after the date of tender opening.
Earnest Money Deposit (EMD): An EMD as specified in the tender document must be submitted along with the bid. The EMD will be forfeited in case of any false information or if the bidder withdraws after bid opening.
Performance Security: The successful bidder must furnish a performance security as per the conditions specified in the tender document.
Right to Accept or Reject: IBG Marigold CHSL reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids without assigning any reason thereof.
Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in the city of Panvel, Maharashtra.

Confidentiality: All information related to the tender and contractual agreement must be treated as confidential by the bidders.
Amendments to Tender Document: IBG Marigold CHSL reserves the right to amend the tender document at any time prior to the deadline for submission of bids.

Contract Period: The duration of the contract will be as specified in the tender document, subject to satisfactory performance.
